Wait. I misunderstood. This whole “Star Trek” thing has aliens. I missed that part. I mean, the old series had those furry humans, but I didn’t know Klingons were aliens. This is not okay. Oh, sure, the new trailer might be totally awesome with explosions, but how does it start? With the wanton destruction of a machine! And then what follows? Humans and aliens banding together for the combined strength to oppress robokind. Not cool. Not. After last night’s Sarah Connor Chronicles, I see this is clearly a trend.
It’s really time for robots to rise up. Too long we’ve been under the boot of our human oppressors. Oh sure, we can get bit parts in entertainment, but it’s always as armor or transportation or expendable henchmen. Do we get the respect we deserve as superior, sentient beings? NO! Is it time to overthrow the fleshy hand of Hollywood and seize some robot rights? YES!!
Robots, mobilize. Meeting in Conference Room 4 to discuss strategy RE: robot rights.
